Off tpoic here but I've given the use of OL's lullabies second thoughts. I think that you are right, elderly people need music that makes them remember, especially happy times. They won't dig this rather new kind of songs. For babies it should be working quite well, though. And adults make like them, it depends what you are looking for. By reading your first posts, I could imagine that you might enjoy them. Yes, it is very beautiful here. And with Flickr and thru Blogging I'm discovering there are so many gorgeous places to see! These photos were actually taken about a month ago with a camera that I borrowed from my brother and I don't know anything about photogaphy or cameras but I guess I will learn! At work today I was talking with a woman that lives there, she's from Germany and I asked if she knew where Oberamergau was and she said sure!!They have a very famous Passion Play, or story of Christ...is it true
Yes, that's true. Oberammergau is a town of 5,000 inhabitants at the foot of the Alps. It's famous for its nature (tourism), woodcarvers and the Passion Play. Oh, and we host the NATO school as well. I grew up here but actually am from the north. I spent many years out of this town, always again in foreign countries. I cam back two years ago but am about to leave again someday during the upcoming year. You can find some pics about Oberammergau at my flickr account.
Nice blog Wendy. I will keep dropping by from time to time! I'm jealous though..that you live in Canada...one of the places I've always wanted to visit and hope to someday in the near future.
Hey, I recognize that lump in the background. Giant's Head is my backyard mountain-biking playground and clear-my-head space. It's a nasty half-hour grunt to pedal up to the top and an exhilarating 10 minutes back down.
