ZEN
I came across this little clip one day while reading a blog and put it in my favorites. Just found it again and thought I would post it since there seems to be an interest in Zen and spirituality lately. Not sure that I like it as being "Zen" but it's good for some introduction to Zen. Having said that I really enjoyed watching it :-)
I'm sure this doesn't even scratch the surface. I too, found it just a fun introduction!
"Remember to breathe" is good advice. It is a helpful thought when you are drumming.
