Planting Seeds

When a seed is sown in the earth, it is hidden underground. The seed is not kept on top, it is kept hidden underground, but it is the flowers and fruit of the hidden seed that becomes visible. I like to think of our thoughts as seeds, and when our thoughts are peaceful or happy or loving, we sow those seeds and they too become visible in the world. The mind has the amazing capacity to take on the form of whatever it is thinking about at any one moment and extract a feeling of the quality that comes with the form. An elevated thought produces an elevated vibration which we can feel. I, the self, will directly benefit first and so the world around us.

Nice idea. Unfortunately it works with evil thoughts as well as history teaches us.
That's for sure. I think there is hope knowing that a positive thought/vibration is stronger than a negative one. We have just forgotten and there is such a lot of negativity around us it's difficult not to! I believe everything we created in the world started with a thought in the minds of man and so we have great potential to effect change! It seems we are all recognizing the need for values, the human soul is nurtured by the values it holds. As we develop values within the self, we share the fragrance of those values with the world around us, and in this way move forward to a better world.
